There will be changes to your body composition but "bulking up" has more to do with the type of weight training, diet and genetics.
Group training is scheduled by the hour for up to five people. The program for the day is posted and each person follows at their ability level.
Groups are generally arranged according to the individual schedules of the trainees, but fill out the contact field below if you and a group of friends, or if you and your family, would like to group train together. I will work with you to find slots that are right for you.
Currently training times are set on a schedule. This has proven to be an effective way to ensure consistency and accountability as well as to keep the flow of work manageable.
Membership is for group sessions. Personal training is billed by the hour.
At this time dues are paid monthly.
Twice per week training has been very effective for most busy people. Additional activity outside the gym is strongly encouraged (hiking, biking, frisbee...). Get out and enjoy some fresh air!
We have many people from varied backgrounds that employ this basic approach who have had great success. Military, office types, construction, students, business people, the list goes on.
